Arrival:  Program begins at 5:00 pm on Sunday, June 1.  You may arrive earlier to settle in.  For those with long travels, you may choose to arrive by 9:00 AM, Monday, June 2nd.

End: Thursday, June 5 at 9 am.

Arrival:   Monday, June 9, 2025, 4:00 p.m.  Retreat begins with Music Hour.

End:  Retreatants depart after breakfast on Friday June 13 at 9:00 am.   

Accessibility:  Main house has one bedroom with twin bed and adjacent full bath on first floor. On second floor, one room with queen and twin, toilet and sink. Two rooms with queen and sink. One room with twin and sink. Full bath with shower. Another half bath downstairs. Other spaces in another building if needed.

Location:  CCC Retreat Center, 2655 Eldridge Road, Yellow Springs, WV 26865 

Arrival: Mon. Oct 13, come to the Farm House by 2 PM. Get settled.   3:30 PM for orientation. Music hour at 4:00 PM. 

End: Friday, Oct 17 at 10:00 am. 

Accessibility:The first floor of the Retreat Center is ADA compliant. It has a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and half bath. There are rooms on the second floor, but our activities in the house are all on the first floor.

On the hill beside the house are 3 cabins which accommodate 23 people in bunk beds. Rooms in cabins are separated by pocket doors and a small hallway.

Cabin #1: ADA compliant with one room with 2 bunk beds; the other room has a twin bed and a bunk bed.

Cabin #2: 2 separate rooms with 2 bunk beds in each room.

Cabin #3: (the original bunkhouse) one room with 4 bunk bed* Each cabin has a full bath.
